Roasted Root side dish tonight. I make this several times a week and never get sick of it. Various root veggies tossed in olive oil and sprinkled with fresh parsley and roasted.
Roast in 400 degree oven until veggies are cooked to your liking.
- Rutabaga
- White Turnip
- Radishes
- Sweet Potato
- Carrots
- Celery
- Whole Garlic Cloves
- Olivia Oil
- Chopped Fresh Parsley

Project Paleo: Sweet Devils
Made these last night for appetizer. Don’t usually indulge in bacon, but it was well worth it. These were amazing! I will be making more of these over the holidays.
I was inspired to create this recipe over Thanksgiving when I accidentally took a bite of sweet potatoes at the same time as a deviled egg. And this sweet twist on deviled eggs turned out delicious! Next time I would maybe add a spoonful of bacon grease to the egg yolk mixture to give it a sweet &…
