Grilled Flat Iron Steak, Asparagus and Onions sauteed in Olive Oil, Steam Broccoli and Roasted Roots

Roasted Root side dish tonight. I make this several times a week and never get sick of it. Various root veggies tossed in olive oil and sprinkled with fresh parsley and roasted.
Roast in 400 degree oven until veggies are cooked to your liking.
- Rutabaga
- White Turnip
- Radishes
- Sweet Potato
- Carrots
- Celery
- Whole Garlic Cloves
- Olivia Oil
- Chopped Fresh Parsley

One of my favorite paleo breakfast salads. So much flavor, absolutely no dressing needed!
- Romaine
- Spinach
- Pecans
- Raspberries
- Pink Grapefruit
- 2 soft poached eggs w/ freshly ground pepper

Change is Good
2011 - swapped about half of my normal workouts for short (under 20 minutes) HIIT. Late this summer began Paleo Diet. Feel lighter, stronger, healthier than ever. Oh…add younger to that list.
